SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text-messaging program operated by Wall Noodles LLC ("Wall Noodles," "we," "us," or "our") on our own behalf and on behalf of our business clients.

Program description

When you submit a request through a form we operate — for example, a quote or service-request form on one of our clients' websites — and agree to be contacted, you may receive text messages from us related to that request. These are conversational messages such as follow-up questions, confirmation of the details of your request, and coordination of a callback or appointment.

Consent to receive messages

You opt in to receive text messages by submitting a form that includes a consent statement (for example, "By submitting, you agree to be contacted by phone, text, and email about your request") and by providing your mobile number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You will typically receive messages in response to a request you submitted and as needed to follow up on that request.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Wall Noodles does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.

Opt out — STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you are messaging with. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send any further text messages unless you opt in again. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while your request is processed.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Information you provide through this program is handled according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
